Lovin’ Oven is a queer-owned and operated vegan pizzeria, located in the heart of Glassell Park in Los Angeles, CA. Marrying the art of traditional Italian pizza-making with culinary craftsmanship and sustainability, Lovin’ oven utilizes 100% organic, locally sourced, plant-based ingredients to offer an unmatched savory experience that is as good for the taste buds as it is for the planet. The challenge was to identify key opportunities in positioning to distinguish Lovin’ Oven from primary competitors in the LA segment.

Marrying the art of sophistication and whimsy, she captures the fun our inner child only dreams of. The challenge was to translate her imagery into branding elements that add value to existing equity.

I was contacted to establish their brand voice and write for their new Project + Service-focused website. The challenge was to present Ok Micah as the one-of-a-kind designer that they are and have their voice attract new members within their target audience.

Sinead Taylor Design (soon to be known as Corner Store Studio) is a creative studio that translates passion into design for gen z & millennial entrepreneurs. Our task was to generate a studio name concept that would tie into the positive reputation Sinead has established while leaving room for the brand to evolve into something more. Sinead's passion for creating resources for industry colleagues as well as designing for clients need to feel represented.

Taste Buds started in 2019 as a seasonal pop-up, a platform connecting Angelenos to local farmers markets through seasonal snacks (made from farm-fresh produce), recipes, and video content. Taste Buds uplifts local farmers and inspires locals to find appreciation for the community of people that grow their food––the story is organic and the copy needs to emphasize that.
